On trials, renewals, and refunds
Quarterly includes a 3-day free trial and annual a 7-day free trial, starting the moment your subscription is activated. Cancel any time during the trial at no charge; otherwise the first billing cycle is charged automatically at the end of the trial.
Open Subscription Management in your account, or email [email protected]. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period, and no further renewals will be charged.
All payments are processed by Creem, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your card information never touches aismartmoney's systems — we neither see nor store any payment credentials.
You can email [email protected] within 7 days of the renewal charge to request a refund. Cases with substantial data usage or abnormal use patterns are excluded. Final refund terms are governed by our Terms of Service.
Features and data entitlements are identical. Only the billing cycle and trial length differ: quarterly is $39 every 3 months with a 3-day trial; annual is $99 per year with a 7-day trial and saves 37% vs paying quarterly.
