aismartmoney.app is an independent research site that aggregates publicly available SEC filings (13F, 13G, 13D, Form 4), US Congress STOCK Act disclosures, ARK Invest daily holdings, and public commentary from AI-focused industry commentators. The Service is positioned as a data aggregation and presentation platform and does not provide personalized investment advice.

All information presented on the Service is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, a solicitation, or an offer.

Past performance of any investor or security does not guarantee or predict future results. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on any information presented.

Data presented on the Service may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Users must not make actual investment decisions based solely on information from the Service. Original SEC filings should be treated as the authoritative reference.

The Service sources data from SEC EDGAR and other official channels but makes no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of such data. Data may be incomplete or outdated due to filing lags, parsing errors, or upstream provider outages. Users should verify against original SEC filings before making significant decisions.

• Users must be at least 16 years of age to register an account.
• Users must provide accurate registration information.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Any loss arising from the user's own negligence remains the user's responsibility.
• Accounts are personal to the registrant and may not be shared with third parties.

In using the Service, users agree not to:

• Access the Service via automated scripts, scrapers, or other automated programs without prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the Service's source code.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, bypass any security control, or attack the underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's aggregated data, analysis, or editorial content without authorization.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout and in the user's account settings.

Payments are processed by Creem. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the user.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings. Upon cancellation, users retain access to paid features through the end of the then-current billing period.

7-day refund window: Users may request a full refund within 7 days of any subscription charge (including both initial subscription and subsequent auto-renewal) by contacting [email protected]. A response will be provided within three business days.

Refund exclusions: To prevent abuse, the Service reserves the right to decline refunds in the following circumstances: (a) large-scale data export or anomalous request patterns preceding the refund request; (b) repeated refund requests submitted through multiple accounts; or (c) any material breach of these Terms.

Charges outside the 7-day window: Except as required by applicable law, charges outside the 7-day refund window are non-refundable. Users who no longer wish to renew may disable auto-renewal for the next billing period via the account subscription-management interface.

• The Service, including its design, source code, aggregated analysis, and editorial content, remains the property of the Service operator.
• SEC filings themselves reside in the public domain; however, the aggregation, analysis, and presentation of such filings by the Service are protected by copyright.
• Users retain ownership of content they create themselves (for example, watchlist entries).
• The Service grants users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial research purposes.

The Service displays and links to third-party content originating from SEC EDGAR, ARK Invest, US Congress disclosure platforms, and social-media posts of external commentators. The Service neither owns nor controls such third-party content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy or availability.

• Users may delete their account at any time.
• The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms.
• If the Service is discontinued, registered users will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement is provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aismartmoney.app and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; any loss of profit or revenue; or any investment losses arising out of use of the Service.

The aggregate liability of the Service under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, where no such payment has been made, USD 100).

Users agree to indemnify the Service against, and hold it harmless from, any third-party claim, action, or loss arising from the user's breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or misuse of the Service, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days prior to the effective date of any material change. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
